Shipping policy

Once we have received your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days* from our warehouse located in Largo, FL.  

*Custom Orders take additional processing time and are shipped within 5 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based off shipping location, product dimensions, and total weight of the cart. We offer standard (3-5 day), express (2-3 day), and priority (1-2 day) shipping through UPS and USPS.

Shipping an Ice Press or Ice Press Kit with standard shipping ranges from about $9.90 to $25 in price, depending on location.

We ship worldwide! For orders placed outside of the USA, we offer international shipping through DHL or UPS. The rates for international shipping are calculated at checkout.

When you order from our company, you are responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, and Value-Added Tax (VAT) associated with the importation of our products into your country. These charges are not included in the purchase price of our products. These additional charges are not collected by our company and are typically due upon arrival in your country, collected by the shipping carrier.
